Pick the type (driveway, garage, carport or private pad) and add the address, a few photos and access instructions. Our AI can write the description for you. Your exact address stays hidden until a booking is confirmed.

Set your price and schedule
Choose an hourly rate (we suggest a range based on your spot type, neighborhood and schedule) or list it monthly. Pick the days and hours it's free, block dates, or pause anytime.

Approve requests
You choose: approve each request yourself, or turn on instant book. Either way you get an email and a notification, and you can message renters in the app. Monthly listings get inquiries instead of bookings.

The renter parks
Your address and access instructions unlock for the confirmed renter 24 hours before the booking. If anything's off, report it from your dashboard or text us.

Get paid
Renters pay by card through Stripe before parking—payment is captured after approval, or immediately for instant bookings. Your earnings show in your dashboard and are paid weekly by Zelle; your first 10 completed bookings are fee-free, then ParkLocal keeps 20%.
